9-Hole Golf + Foundation Celebration Entry Fee
$300 per player
Additional guests are welcome to register for the Foundation Celebration. The Foundation Celebration entry fee is $150 for each guest not playing in a Classic tournament.
Golf player entry fee includes greens fee, lunch, cart rental, practice tee, putting contest, snacks, Foundation Celebration: An Evening of Hope, and a gift.
A rain date is not available. In the event of inclement weather, a phone hotline is established to announce alternate plans for the day.

If you are unable to participate after registering, we thank you for your donation!
Entry Deadline
In order to play in a Classic Golf tournament, registration must be completed by Friday, August 7, 2026. The committee reserves the right to close registration prior to the deadline if the field is full.
Although individuals may enter, the committee cannot guarantee that all individual entries will be paired. Team registration is recommended. Please notify the tournament chairperson of any team member changes. The committee reserves the right to accept late entries if the field is not filled by the entry deadline.
A confirmation email outlining the format and activities of the day will be sent the first week of September.
Format
Play format will be a modified Florida Scramble. Tournament play is open to amateurs.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the first, second, and third place teams. Proximity awards will also be awarded. Members of teams that include professional, collegiate, or IHSAA golfers are ineligible to compete for score or proximity prizes. Best-dressed team prizes will be awarded—think pink!
